There are three different types of units in the Landings: Phase I, Phase II and the gardenview units. Phase I units are all CBS structure townhouse style with approx. 1300 SF , Phase II is frame structure on cement pilings with your carport underneath the unit (approx. 1200 SF) and the Gardenview condos are either on the ground or first floor with 826SF (slightly more in the corner units).
